Liquid Handling Equipment has been working with HMD Kontro for approximately 30 years. They originally started stocking GT, GSA and CS pumps. As the inventory and stock continued to grow they moved into a new facility in 1996 allowing them more office and warehouse space. Then again in 2019, LHE completed a new extension to give them 14,000 sq. ft. of shop and a much larger warehouse. This also gives more capabilities for assemblies, repairs and testing. LHE’s inventory has now grown from the initial inventory of approximately $10,000 in the 90’s to $1.8M today.

The Stock Depot began officially in 2008. The goal was to ship pumps and parts same day or next day in the Americas to all the HMD Kontro Channel Partners. Early on LHE’s philosophy included a culture with a high sense of urgency, a commitment to HMD Kontro and a passion for the product. Working with them, our loyalty to the Channel Partners is unwavering to get product to the customers quickly.

Many end users have been won over with this service. It has definitely been a joint service venture with HMD Kontro, the American Channel Partners and Liquid Handling Equipment. It requires dedicated personnel at HMD Kontro and LHE to make this programme successful.
